If you've 30 days notice to hang your license we will pay for your license transfer fees.
-To join other brokers your annual cost is (MINIMUM $5,100) (most are JUNK FEES) (we have no JUNK FEES).
-To join us at Lucky777Homes Realty the agent's annual cost only ($995) and is paid after you close on the first transaction, and if your commission is under $5,000 we will take 50% now and 50% when you close on the second transaction. That's ALL... no other cost to you regardless if you close on one transaction or on 100+ transactions per year!

1. Free webpages and 50 photos!
-One webpage for you and one webpage for each of your listings! and you can download to your listing page up to 50 photos (slide or silverlight), and if you're too busy to take the picture we will send our photographer to take th photos on your behalf at $0.00 cost.
2. On-line access to everything related to your transaction including; all signed documents that you've delivered to the office.
3. We have NO JUNK FEES to charge "YOU" or "YOUR CLIENT", the only fees we collect from you or your client is for our professional and consultation services, if any!
4. Hiring Application fees: Lucky777Homes Realty will never ever charge for application fees to join us.
5. Bargain hunters: Most of our competitors promised agents a 100% commission, $100 per month office fees and $275 to $500 transaction fees, that's it!
and for many agents its a bargain! Here's the real numbers and the cost: $100 X 12 months = $1,200 per year. and minimum $275 X 12 closed transactions per year = $3,300
Was it a bargain! most active full time agents can close on 24 transaction a year! Then your cost is double $6,600 per year plus $1,200 office monthly fees = $7,800
6. At Lucky777Homes we have only one flat fees (ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS of $995 per year) and you can close on as many transactions as you want, and if your commission is under $5,000 from the first closing we will delay 50% of the annual memberships until you close on the second transaction.
