Uzaizat have a pride and dignity and they don't show their despirate need for help unless someone can point out to others that one person need an immediate help! And the family website have made it easier for other members to say, hey Tony there's a family live in...need an immediate help... The needy families have hope that Al Uzaizat can assist them, and they are disperate for any kind of help! Here's one of these calls-cry for help! I received an email today 6/18/2010 it read: important from...please send me your telephone number so I can call you and explain! I made the call and it was heartfelt to hear a single mother to tell me that she need an immediate assistant to her son, at the beginning of the call she couldn't or know how to say it, and I knew from her breaking voice that she can't, I start asking questions to give her some comport so she can tell me about her son situation! I never met her in my life and 5 years ago I didn't know they are Uzaizat! She said: due to a car accident she lost everything she owned and she had a good life before, now her children are growing up and one of them need an immediate help, she live in USA and she doesn't have the money to go back to Jordan, she is divorced and her husband was from the same family of Al Uzaizat, she said she was sorry for leaving the country in bad terms with the family, but when you're in need there's no one else to go to except your family, and she asked me if I recognize her family as Uzaizat and I said sure they are Uzaizat though I didn't know it 5 years ago! she want her son to grow Uzaizat with good education and future and she know if he remain in the West he may destroy his life and future due to their situation and lack of jobs ......I and my wife offered her son an immediate help and I sent a letter to two members of the family asking them to help with the situation... I rather help a family member than total stranger! Exchange students is one way to learn more about the person Country or heritage, and there's 1000s of student exchange worldwide, we Al Uzaizat can exchange members to live with us and learn more about each other family, it happen that we have 90 related families to learn about! I rather have a family members in my home than having a total stranger. Not long ago at Facebook Nael Marar wrote: We have quality family members with different background, why go and collect friends from here and there while our back yard is full with quality members! Not every stranger is bad...but you feel more safe when you know someone like Al Uzaizat. Also, we may not like one person in the family for one reason or another, but we still family and carry same name Al Uzaizat, and this person deserve the chance to correct their act and join us again and be part of the great family Al Uzaizat. Here's the truth Since I established the family website 6 years ago..I received few similar calls from members asking for my help, and I did my best by communicating with trusted members of Al Uzaizat who can help, and during my visit to Jordan in July 2009 I met with several member of Al Uzaizat Board of Directors and they have on mind to establish family funds to help the needy families and send our children to colleges...etc. The idea is in place, but we need more serious actions and bring the plans to life! I know Board members are very well known in each related family and many of them are very wealthy who helped many families in Jordan and abroad, but these members can do more when all related families and each members can help including "YOU"! Our ancestors life style was to live together, work together and eat together from the grandfather to the grandchildren all under one roof/Tent or large house and work on the same land! today, our life style is completely different and the opposit of our ancestors, each member have own home or own business or job and career, rarely to find a family renunion within the same family of father, mother and children, they are spread out through out the world here and there looking after their future and career, as one family member once said: few cousins have better future than others becasue they have received better education or support from their wealthy uncle's while other cousins didn't make it in life becasue they didn't have good education and are on their own these members have pride to ask for help and barely made it in life struggeling on a daily basis... And this new life style should not make us less Uzaizat, we need to go back to our family values which is helping each other with whatever means, we're very fortunate tribe by having 1000s of well and highly educated members, successful business owners and wealthy members, and it will be shame on al Uzaizat to have 1400 years of great family history and not to have a functional board member to handle our affairs! With due respect to few family members who go out of their way and visit the needy families and provide assistant to them on a regular basis, it will be nice of them to have our board established and help everyone in need and others! I'm very limited in my resources or how much I can help, the family website is the best tools to communicate with the family, and I do everything in my power and within my resources to help everyone and not just the needy families! Life is tuff, few of us have got lucky and maintained their life style (hard work and education is the key for success, but most of us had the ups and down in life, and the smart ones is the one who can bounce back on their own, and there's the few (100s) who rely on Al Uzaizat back bone to help them due to lack of opportunities, don't have a degree or simply an emergency situation beyond our control can drain all your life savings in few months or days, regardless of what happen to this person or family Al Uzaizat have been known by the solid back bone who can help almost anyone! Al' Uzaizat future leaderships! Al' Uzaizat rare board meeting was conducted on July 12, 2009! During my visit to Jordan on July 2009 and meeting with 100s of family members I realized that we are missing a great opportunity to have a functional or active board of directors to communicate with Al' Uzaizat members on a regular basis, this opportunity is missing a true leaderships that our ancestors had many years before us and have succeeded to maintain the relations between all related families and its members! 1000s of family members are visiting the family website on a daily basis and for the past 5 years, and Al Uzaizat Groups website could be one of the cheapest/FREE and most effective tools to communicate with most of Al Uzaizat worldwide and around the clock 24/7. Lack of serious leaderships role, shattered family bonding and division have created doubt in the success. But a good leadership is the one who is willing to lead others for the benefits of the whole! And we must have one serious family member to lead Al Uzaizat to better place in the Jordan and to make additional effort to have functional board of directors! Its time for family members to come forward and show their quality of leaderships! Our busy modern life style can't be an excuse for anyone becasue the modern life style it comes with its own advantages such as the technology and the easy communications with the rest of the world at the finguer tip and at the click of the botton; our ancestors not long ago have travelled on the back of horse or camels to communicate with family members, and all gathered to conduct and take care of family matters. They didn't have computers, but they have trusted and loyal members who carried the message and the decisions and the events as it happen by the word of mouth, that was the only tools of communications for Al Uzaizat and its leadeships. Al Uzaizat Groups family website since was established in 2005 we have added 1000s of names to all family tree and without having the technology we may have much less names on the family trees today than what Dr. Shuwayhat posted on his book almost 50 years ago, the reason is our small family like father and son, daughter and mother, brother and sister is so spread out in living each in different Cities or Countries or Continents and rarely to find one family member who know everyone in the family by name or the relations, everyone mind own business, and many don't know our 2nd cousins, and most of the new generation forget about who we are, and they forget or they never knew that Al Uzaizat is what make our great history past and present. And Al Uzaizat Groups family website was a great tools to connect family members together for the first time in their lives! Leaders may fail more than once, but they keep trying until they succeed, and if we don't give it 2nd chance how can we tell! You may not like one leader, but if the benefits for all what difference does it make who will lead Al' Uzaizat, and we have between us many qualified members who can lead us to better place regadless of their age (younger generation can play a big role) , and we don't want to forget about the financial support that can make a difference (regareless if the leader was rich or poor) and I'm very sure that not too many people are willing to lead and provide free services for the benefits of the whole family such the size of Al' Uzaizat! Late King Hussien lived to be a king at age (18) and he died with dignity, and during his leadership he asked other countries to support him financially to serve the whole population, and many others like him! Another good example is Barak Obama he asked the hard working people to pay as little as $10 in donations to help him get elected, Obama is not very rich man, but he's rich in ideas to make his Country better and more respected, and he's the FIRST Black President ever elected in United States! What about several City Mayors were elected at age 18 and 19 with population of 500,000 believe me they are not KIDS and we Al' Uzaizat have very educated young family members who we can trust to run our family affairs, and the good example we all know from the past is Al' Pasha Saleem Marar he was young leader under the age of 30 he was great like Saleh Al Sawalha before him, unfortunately he/Saleem Al Pasha disappointed Al Uzaizat in one of his personal decisions that cost him the leadership of Al Uzaizat (full story-The legacy of Saleem Al Pasha Marar) that no other book authors ever wrote before! Al Marar's living members have contribute a great amount of information between 2005 aand 2010 and we assembled them to have the greatest history ever documented about the legacy of Al Pasha Sleem Khalil Al Marar. Al' Uzaizat leadership is no different than other leaders of other tribes in Jordan or other Countries except they already established board of directors and provided great services to their family members when in need! Have anyone ever ask the question; Why can't we! The Modern life style can be a very good excuse to escap from family bonding and unity, we all can hide, but we can't run! And to carry a family name is not just an identity of who we are when some one asked you to show a passport or Identification card, your family name is a pride and dignity beside a history, its like proud of being born Jordanian regardless if you carry a second passport from other Country, they still add the original Country name to your foreign passport becasue no one can steal your identity or who you are, the only person can steal your identity is yourself when you hide! You may hate me for this introduction and for my honest opinion, at least I don't hide! Feedback. |

Future Board meetings and agenda! 1. Each family to pay 10JD's or $15 per member per year, for example if you have 5 persons in your family the annual membership it will be 50JD's or $75, and if members can afford to pay more you're more than welcome! 2. As we all know the poor can't do much about investments or make contributions unless you want to take their cloth off their back, and the middle class are struggeling to pay their bills, I have made suggestion to ask the wealthy members to raise investment capital of $2-3 million dollars or 1.5 to 2 million JD's to invest as a group in Al Jam3ieh and operate as a business to (1) help the needy families first (2) assist freshly graduated from High Schools to pay for college for the first year, and (3) establish a co-op or large shopping center for all members to shop at a discounted price. Needy families don't have to pay back, but student will pay back the student loan after graduation with 5%-7% interests for maximun 10 years. While shopping at the co-op can employ many family members and members can buy cheaper products and services and help the project to grow. for example if we have 4000 family spend 100JD per month that is 4.8 million JD's in gross income, assume the mark-up is 25% and operations cost 70% we have almost 1 million JD in profit assume we give the needy families 50% or 1/2 million JD's the investors still have 1/2 million JD's return on their 2 million investments or 25% if we divide the 500,000 JD each year to the needy family 50JD per month or 600 JD per year and same amount to student loans we can help as many as 833 families each year! It's easy to write down numbers and calculate costs and profit or loss, but it's not easy to run a business! remember that we will employ members to run the operations and that help by itself, and most business cost is labor or 40%-50% in other word we can employ as many as 100 members to make 4000 JD per year or 333 per month....and the investors will have their money back in 3-5 years, while the student loans will generate interests or healthy return for 10 years.....if you asked how many investors we need to raise 2 million JD's, I will say we have at least 500 wealthy members and each can invest 40,000 JD's or $55,000.... WHAT DO YOU THINK? IF YOU HAVE DOUBTS ABOUT THE NUMBER ABOVE CORRECT ME PLEASE! P.S. I know there's several family members go around the country and help the needy families, but it will be nice if they all can work as a team! |

And if there's more than one we can always vote "the democracy way".
You can always nominate someone, and find out if members are willing to support your nominations, maybe we can discover quality family members that willing to work hard for the benefits of all. Introduction to the Marar's family Roots
My full name is: Nasser, Shukri, Saleem Al-Pasha, Khalil, Ishaq (Marar), Suleiman, Salman, Saleh, Suleiman, Mousa, Sager (Al-Sawalha) (Al-Uzaizat).
"ISHAQ" is the son of Suleiman Al-Sawalha and he was the chief of Al-Uzaizat tribe, he was called by the nick name of "Marar" because he was"MUR" or "FIRM" and very strong and effective in making decisions and providing justice. He was a strong leader with a temper specially when someone with less wisdom and knowledge wants to challenge or question his judgments, he was the only judge with the final word at his court!

Today I will speak to all of you fellow humans, today I will speak the truth..I will break the news and spill the secret behind all secrets...Ladies and gentlemen: Old and young, of all ages and all walks of life, good and evil, rich and poor, happy and unhappy, at peace or at war, kind and greedy, straight and dishonest all of God's creation.
Today i would borrow your complete and utmost attention as this announcement is one of the most important ones of all times.
As all of you who are very well aware, and for all of those whom did not know, I will again repeat and assure you that your returning tickets were printed before you arrived.
You each have a serial number, and it belongs to one of you at a time, no duplicates, and definitely no errors..today as i call your names pay attention for my instruction so we can avoid any misunderstanding and have a smooth journey.
As you all gather in-front of me lined up in-front of my eyes and before me knowingly and unknowingly waiting your turn, I will take the initiative to remind you one more time, among boarding you will not carry with you any items of any kind, and as you well know those items are as simple as the plain or decorative garments you have on including fig leaf covers, your luggage, will be left behind.
No need to panic as you will not need to arrange for storage, for none of you is going to come back at any point of time. No need to wonder how to sell or dispose of your properties that were never yours to own, as the proceeds of any sale will not be allowed on board, and that is in any form from cash to credit cards or jewels of any kind, no liquids are allowed so leave your jasmine water and your expensive perfumes behind ... Needless to remind you that guns, bullets weapons of all kind, cars, jets of all sizes and bicycles to skate boards will not be allowed ... no food items, no entertainment either, leave your I-pods and laptops, leave your cell phones you will not be allowed to bring them on board.
Do not wear name tags, do not bring identification cards, as I know every one of you. Do not tell me were you came from as I will not ask you. You have never owned or had the right to own, so no deeds are to be carried with you, as ownership of any kind will be denied.
Now that you all had your chance, I want to bring to your attention that you are allowed to keep a memory of what you did and an account of what you did not do you will have the right to remember all the answers to my questions and to listen to what i have to tell you for the last time.
Upon arrival you each have destinations and those are designed to place you each in a place that will fit and suite your needs.
