A tragic accident on "ATV"  All Terran Vehicle-sports fun cars...took him away from us on 10th Aug 2009

American University of Beirut student 2nd year

Completed high school in Abu Dhabi, UAE

He has 2 younger brothers

-Karam 17

-Faisal 8

 

The family are resident in the UAE Abu Dhabi since 1997

 

Comment from his teachers at the AUB

-I would like to forward to you just some of the responses by the faculty who taught Firas and others who know him. You may remember I spoke to you before your return to Jordan. Your son has obviously left a big gap in the heart of many at AUB.
-I am devastated at the loss of such a bright and polite young man. Firas was my student in 102 last spring, and he ALWAYS came to class and submitted his writing assignments on time. He was cheerful, polite and friendly with everybody.

Beirut, Lebanon   Aug. 10, 2009  via Ramzi Hazboun/ Facebook...guys, this goes to whoeveris in Jordan, Firas will be buried tomorrow at 5:00 pm in Madaba, it will be in "Magbaret Al' Twal" 3ala taree2 il Karak.  anyone who is in Jordan and can attend, please do so, to show your support to his family in their time of need. They will gather tomorrow at 4:00 pm in front of Rakan Twal's house and head of from there. if you need any information, Rashed Soroor's : 079-581-2256 and Rakan Twal's number is: 079-671-0398 you can call Rakan Twal for directions to his house... Firas..  was a great guy! around his friends and im sure he was the same with family, always had a smile on his face! we weren't the closest of friends, but he is truly missed.. amazing friend! im really sorry for you're loss, he's in a better place im sure! again, my deepest condolences
